Job Title: Benefits Partner
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Partner to join our team in Dublin city centre for a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering benefits across multiple countries in EMEA, driving continuous process improvement and working on projects related to automation, data, and insights.
Responsibilities:
1. Administer benefits, partnering with global stakeholders to create a positive employee experience.
2. Assist the business in improving process and systems solutions.
3. Communicate system and process changes.
4. Manage partnership with benefits vendors.
5. Drive project and initiative progress.
6. Maintain documentation and data for systems and programs.
7. Work efficiently as a liaison with employees, managers, payroll, and Rewards department.
8. Conduct audits and reconciliations to mitigate issues.
Requirements:
1. 5 years of HR experience with a Benefits focus required.
2. Experience administering company and statutory benefits.
3. Experience working on benefits-related projects.
4. Advanced Excel experience, including creating pivot reports and VLOOKUPs.
5. Excellent presentation skills.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
