We are looking for an HR Service Specialist to join our team and bring dedicated HR support for Master Data for 63 entities as well as providing learning administration support to learners across 81 entities in the Endress+Hauser Group. Working within our HR Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Endress+Hauser Ireland, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR data management and supporting learning administration.
What is the role about?

As an HR Service Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for employees and managers for all things HR data. As a member of our Shared Service Centre (SCC), you will connect with teams across Endress+Hauser, providing critical support and shaping efficient HR practices.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
* Manage administrative processes in line with defined scope of HR SSC and agreed corporate or business policies and procedures (e.g. hire employees onto HRIS system, manage workflows, support organizational changes).
* Act as first point of contact for employees, managers and HR for inquiries related to HR data maintenance.
* Support in system administration across all current and upcoming modules implemented within the system to meet business needs.
* Administer HR data change and solve general questions concerning employee data.
* Solve individual queries that require specific HR knowledge.
* Co-ordinate expert resources and escalate as required to respective tiers.
* Identify training needs and coach HR Generalists in specific process areas.
* Support ongoing projects such as additional HRIS system deployments.
* Workforce analytical reporting.
* Any other duties commensurate with your skills and experience and as directed by your manager in the development of the role and the HR Shared Service Centre.
What do we expect from you?
You:
* Bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) setting.
* Hold a degree in HR or a relevant field.
* Have excellent IT skills with hands-on experience in HRIS systems and Employee Master Data.
* Are highly organized with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
* Have strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
* Attention to detail with high accuracy rate.
* Are fluent in English, with a preference for an additional language (German, Italian, or French).
