Job Overview:
The Sales & Customer Support Specialist will focus on generating outbound leads and managing inbound customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at our trade desk. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who can ensure a seamless sales process, meet customer needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling without specific lifting equipment expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regularly engage with clients to gauge satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
2. Independently generate and nurture sales leads to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives.
3. Handle inbound customer inquiries, offering detailed product information and exceptional service.
4. Efficiently process orders and provide accurate quotes, following up to convert quotes into sales.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during customer interactions to enhance sales volume and customer engagement.
6. Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and manage expectations effectively.
7. Collaborate with the workshop team on an ad-hoc basis to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background: University degree in Engineering or Business.
2. Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in inside sales, sales development, or customer service, with a preference for experience in a related industry.
3. Customer Service Expertise: Demonstrated ability to enhance customer experiences and manage sales administration effectively.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
5. Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.
