Job Title: Programme Manager - Employee Engagement
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Programme Manager to lead our Employee Engagement Programme and build a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the planning and execution of events and activities, ensuring seamless delivery and a high-quality experience for all participants.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with event management partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate registration processes for events and activities, ensuring efficiency and user-friendliness.
* Collect feedback post-events to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Provide administrative and project management support to employee-led clubs and societies, including budget management and financial tracking.
* Collaborate with social teams to manage event logistics, budgets, and scheduling to ensure successful outcomes.
* Work closely with finance to track and reconcile programme budgets, preparing monthly reports and managing expenses.
* Identify and implement new initiatives and opportunities to grow the engagement programme and strengthen employee connections.
* Raise awareness of upcoming events and drive participation through targeted communications and marketing strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional organisational, project management, and administrative skills, with a keen attention to compliance and detail.
* Proficient in online registration tools and social media platforms.
* Experience in maintaining collaborative platforms like SharePoint sites.
* Creative design skills with the ability to develop visually engaging content and communications.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
