Office Administrator
Salary: 26K + benefits
Contract: 6 Months Temporary position (with strong possibility of extention)
Location: Cork
The Role:
1. Managing delivery dockets, invoices and processing these in a timely manner
2. Photocopying, scanning and filing.
3. Plan meetings to liaise with department schedules and take detailed minutes
4. Provide a high level of administrative support to the staff based in this fast-paced office environment.
5. Provide lunchtime & break cover for the reception phone.
6. Purchasing of supplies for the day to day running of the company administration
7. Control and scheduling of internal audits
What we need from you:
8. Microsoft Word and Excel to Intermediate level
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. PowerPoint Intermediate level
11. Sense of organization
12. Management of priorities and good timekeeping skills
13. Good to work within a team but also on ones own initiative
14. Trustworthy
15. Ability to cope in a high pressure environment
16. Site based office experience
