You will be responsible for managing your own office and leading your sales team, with support from our senior management team.

Full training, ongoing coaching, and development will be provided by our award-winning Sales Training Department.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver training and coaching to your sales team, supporting them in achieving excellent performance.
2. Drive sales quality improvements within Direct Sales by setting benchmarks and leading daily sales training.
3. Motivate and lead your field sales team.
4. Set goals, targets, and incentives for the team.
5. Act as a brand ambassador for PhoneWatch.
6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to hire top talent into your team.
