Job Title: HR and Talent Manager

About The Role
* Support management teams with employee and industrial relations issues, including grievances and disputes resolution.
* Manage and administer the HR and Successfactors performance management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
* Responsibilities include relevant HR reporting and CRH compliance & ethics reporting.
* Attract and recruit talent aligned with strategic priorities.
* Update HR policies and procedures in line with changing legislation.
* Empower and develop key talent, including identification of potential career paths.
* Manage Training and Development requirements within the business.
* Lead development programmes, including the Frontline Leadership Programme.
* Coordinate internal movements & secondments.
* Develop Succession Planning.
* Promote Employee Engagement and Inclusion & Wellbeing initiatives.
* Foster internal communication through the employee app.
* Manage Business in the Community activities.
Candidates should possess:
* A minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
* A degree or similar qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Relations.
* Operational IR and HR experience from a unionised working environment (preferable).
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills as evidenced by previous work experience.
* A proactive, self-starter with proven employee engagement skills and business acumen.
* A proven track record of driving change and adding value to the overall performance of a previous employer(s).
* Experience with HR & Payroll systems, and the MS Office suite of applications.
