Job Title: Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Perform a dual role, supporting both finance and administration tasks across departments, ensuring operations run smoothly and accurately.
2. Receive training on financial tasks, including payment reconciliation, assisting with financial reporting, and overseeing bookkeeping management.
3. Provide general administrative support across the company, such as travel booking and ordering office supplies.
4. Raise purchase and sales orders, manage supplier payments and Revolut accounts, and maintain meeting minutes.
5. Reconcile bank transactions to ensure financial accuracy across accounts.
6. Handle internal telephone queries and coordinate office communications.
7. Liaise with clients about credit and debt.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage
* Flexibility and a willingness to assist other teams
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Computer literacy
