Job Title: Data Analytics Senior Manager (Associate Director) - Business Modelling & Valuations, Sa T (UK&I)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing Analytics team in Belfast. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our established London-based team to deliver high-quality data analytics services to major corporate and private equity clients, investment banks, large central government departments, and other public sector bodies.
About You
You will have a strong analytical mindset and experience managing multiple stakeholders, coaching junior team members, and playing a central role in the execution of complex projects. You will also serve as the Belfast team lead, providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of junior analysts.
Your Key Responsibilities
Construct purpose-built databases, apply data wrangling tools, and use a wide range of programming languages to drive exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Manage multiple stakeholders, coach junior members of the team, and play a central role in the execution of complex projects.
Serve as the Belfast team lead, providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of junior analysts.

Technical Expertise
You will be experienced in:
* Constructing purpose-built databases storing large client datasets for our analytical models
* Data wrangling tools, visualisation tools, SQL stored procedures, programming, and statistical tools
* Deriving insight through forecasting calculations and simulations
Coaching and Project Management
You will have proven experience:
* Managing colleagues, co-ordinating in-person team activities, and helping others navigate and shape their careers
* Actively involved throughout the lifecycle of an assignment – requirements definition, specification, data collection, solution design, development, documentation, implementation, and user training
Database Management and Client Service
You will be skilled in:
* Designing and building complex database models to perform analysis on large diverse datasets
Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
* A qualification in Computer Science, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly numerate science
* Strong experience in SQL Server and MS Excel
* Experience using visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlikview
* Highly numerate with a strong technical knowledge and experience of applying analytical and modelling techniques to provide insights to business issues
