Mount Juliet Estate, a Marriott Autograph Collection Property and certified Great Place to Work, have a fantastic vacancy for Seasonal Golf Retail Assistant to join our exceptional award winning Golf team.
This role assists in overseeing all aspects of Golf Shop operations.
Key Duties And Responsibilities Advising & serving customers.
Processing payments.
Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
Upselling Golf Shop promotions Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
To assist in keeping the Golf shop area clean and tidy at all times.
To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails and filing To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
To report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager Good administrative skills and the ability to use email Good team working skills A friendly and welcoming approach.
Required:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner High standards of dress and presentation Fluent level of English and eligible to work in Ireland.
