Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR / People and Culture Business Partner to join our team.
This role is critical in driving people strategies that align with our business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have strong business partnering experience, a proven track record in implementing HR strategies, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
There will also be a level of administrative duties at first so the ideal candidate will be happy to roll their sleeves up.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering:
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and support their business objectives.
* Lead the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with business needs.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
* Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
* Monitor and enhance HRIS usage to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
* Provide insights and analytics from HR data to inform decision-making.
Talent Development & Retention:
* Lead the development of employee development programs, including succession planning, leadership training, and skills development initiatives.
* Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and design retention strategies.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
* Serve as a primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters, guiding managers and employees on resolution.
* Ensure HR practices comply with Irish employment laws and regulations.
* Update and implement HR policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Culture & Engagement:
* Champion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Design and implement employee engagement strategies based on feedback and organizational goals.
* Facilitate open communication and promote a culture of trust and collaboration.
HR Innovation & Automation:
* Drive the continuous improvement of HR processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
* Implement innovative tools and solutions to support HR operations and strategy delivery.
Qualifications:
* Education: CIPD qualified (or equivalent); additional HR certifications or advanced degrees are an advantage.
* Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR or business partnering role.
* Proven experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
* Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and Irish employment law compliance.
* Experience in designing and implementing HR programs at scale.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
