Job Description:
The Retention Advisor will work in our Customer Retention Team on a full-time basis at Prepay Power head office. This role involves helping customers reduce their energy costs, understanding customer churn reasons, and improving our products and services.
New Role Responsibilities:
* Help customers reduce their energy costs and minimize customer churn
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to maintain performance and customer retention
* Build friendly customer relationships to encourage them to stay with Prepay Power
* Support mentoring and coaching for junior sales team members
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
* Experience working within a sales role (not essential)
