Job Title: Front of House Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy hotel reception, exclusive golf resort, and reservations department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a reception and concierge team to ensure a seamless guest experience upon check-in, departure, and during their stay.
* Oversee everyday operations in a golf environment with Front of House Management and front office department.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience as Front of House Manager is essential for this role.
* Proven track record of managing a team within a 4*/5* hotel environment.
* Commercially focused with absolute attention to detail.
* Exceptional Leadership, Reception, Communication, Organisation, and Time Management skills.
* Able to work on own initiative and equally able to work as part of the overall hotel management team.
* Proficient with Office Suite, Hotel booking systems, and CRMS.
* Flexible to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
