About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple social housing projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on schedule and to required specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects smoothly.
* Deliver projects on time and to perfection, adhering to construction drawings.
* Liaise with all levels of management, including leading toolbox talks and conducting risk assessments.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Site Manager with relevant experience in social housing, residential projects, or similar sectors. Key qualifications include:
* Relevant Site Cards
* Effective communication skills
* At least 3 years' experience as a Site Manager
