Job Description:
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time role based in Northern Ireland with occasional travel to other sites.
The Project Manager will support the M&E Operations Manager in delivering maintenance and improvement contracts for the relevant area.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage KPIs for contracts set by clients.
* Attend meetings and utilize dashboards to assist in contract delivery.
* Drive Health and Safety Compliance in all work practices.
* Monitor compliance through site visits and inspections.
* Deliver required review targets internally and externally.
* Assist the team to fully comply with work processes using IT systems and PDAs.
* Have an overview of work with supply chain partners, advising and coaching staff to ensure efficient operations.
* Liaise with clients and assist with service delivery matters.
Our Requirements
* Experience in Facilities Management Industry.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* A valid UK Driver's Licence.
* Desirable Criteria: CSR Supervisor Card or NVQ equivalent, previous experience in a Leadership Role, IT Skills, etc.
