Temporary Customer Operations Administrator - South Dublin Location: South Dublin (Onsite) Duration: Temporary Contract (A few weeks, potentially up to 2 months) About the Role: We are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Operations Administrator to join our Customer Services team in South Dublin. This role involves a mix of phone and email communication, as well as booking and coordinating CVRTs (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Tests). Key Responsibilities: Handling email correspondence and responding to driver queries. Making CVRT bookings and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place. Liaising with drivers and other internal teams to coordinate vehicle testing. Making some outbound phone calls, but this is not a full-time phone-based role. Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Key Requirements: Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Well-organised with the ability to multitask effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
