What will your day look like?
1. Manage the orderly and timely on-boarding of new clients including company formations, entity migrations, and the opening of bank accounts.
2. Manage a portfolio of clients mainly investment funds.
3. Contribute to team and Group-wide projects. Lead junior co-sec's.
4. Maintain and develop contact with Investment Managers, Trustees, Collateral Administrators, and (fintech) banks to achieve objectives in meeting deadlines and serving the client’s needs; liaising with external parties and authorities, banks, notaries, and advisors regarding company secretarial undertakings for a client portfolio of SPV’s.
5. Set up and maintain digital client files/dossiers within company secretarial software.
6. In charge of client management, which entails a range of activities related to fund and corporate administration, including overseeing calls and distributions, monitoring cash flow, processing payments, preparing investor and client reports, and responding to ad hoc client requests.
What's our client looking for?
To be considered for interview:
1. ICSA qualified / Part-qualified is essential.
2. 1-5 years company secretarial experience - must have Irish/UK or Lux company law co-sec experience.
3. Must have a European passport/work visa for Lux - non-negotiable.
4. Experience in funds/asset management is a distinct advantage.
5. Genuine desire to relocate to Luxembourg.
