Strategic Planning/Execution Role
The Strategic Planning/Execution team at Cardinal Health plays a crucial role in shaping the company's strategy, providing leadership, direction, and expertise in business strategy, strategic management disciplines, and business analytics that support our mission, vision, and valuation objectives.
Closely collaborating with business leaders, this team develops and supports the realization of strategic plans and management agendas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinates and supervises daily activities of operations or business staff.
* Administers and exercises policies and procedures.
* Ensures employees operate within guidelines.
* Makes decisions that have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers.
* Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers, and peer groups at various management levels.
Requirements:
* 4-8 years of experience.
* PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
