Intuity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modern Workplace Technical Architect to join our team. We are looking for a high-performing individual with a proven track record in a technology consulting environment and extensive knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 Stack, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics, Dataverse, and more.
The ideal candidate will stay informed about the latest technology developments to ensure we deliver the best enterprise solutions to our clients. You will build strong relationships with clients and third parties, participate in presales activities from inception through to delivery handover, and manage solution development, including preparing evaluation-ready commercial proposals.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure client satisfaction on all Modern Workplace application development engagements, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships.
2. Contribute to go-to-market strategies, promoting and advocating our capabilities to internal teams, customers, and partners.
3. Serve as a senior architect within the Modern Workplace team and the broader Solutions group.
4. Qualify opportunities, understand business and technical requirements, and design appropriate solutions using a wide range of Modern Workplace technologies.
5. Produce high-quality documentation, including solution designs, effort estimations, RFP responses, business cases, High-Level Designs (HLDs), Statements of Work (SoWs), etc.
6. Support project handovers to delivery teams and act as an escalation point during the project lifecycle and transition into service.
7. Explain the features, benefits, and technical specifications of Modern Workplace technologies to both internal and external audiences.
8. Assess customers’ current environments, developing strategies and roadmaps for improvement.
9. Ensure proper platform integration and maintenance to meet expectations and needs.
10. Provide complex technical advice, recommendations, and consultancy on M365 technologies and bespoke solutions.
11. Lead discovery and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for business challenges.
12. Participate in peer reviews, offering expertise to evaluate the viability of proposed solutions or suggest alternatives.
13. Become a “trusted expert advisor” to our customers, maintaining detailed industry knowledge.
14. Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of information systems, data handling, processes/procedures, organization, and equipment.
15. Stay updated on new technology developments and apply them to our market offerings.
Experience
1. 7+ years of experience in technical consultancy/professional services, covering a variety of clients, with a formal solution design and development methodology, and leading the technical design and implementation of several significant projects.
2. 3+ years’ experience as an M365/O365 solution architect, with experience in:
1. M365 and SharePoint – Design, Configuration, and Migration
2. C#, PowerShell, HTML5/CSS3
3. Microsoft Teams App Development
4. JavaScript
5. Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power Virtual Agents)
6. Power BI reports from cloud/on-premises data
7. Dataverse
8. Canvas and model-driven apps in PowerApps
9. Microsoft Dynamics
10. ASP.NET MVC Core 3.1, 5.0
11. SQL Server
12. Microsoft BOT Framework v4.0
13. Microsoft Graph API
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security/Engineering, or a related field.
2. Solution Architect qualification is desirable.
3. Microsoft certifications in M365/Azure or Power Platform are preferred.
4. Excellent client relationship management skills in a consulting environment.
5. Experience in aligning business and IT, working across organizational and technology silos to drive common approaches, and delivering sustainable, agile, and reusable solutions.
6. Experience as a technical lead during project implementation, advising customers on adoption strategies around Office 365.
7. Azure/AWS experience is desirable.
8. TOGAF experience is desired.
9. Ability to outline the technological direction for a company, including road mapping future tech initiatives, assessing the impact of new technologies, and ensuring that IT strategy aligns with business objectives.
10. Deep expertise in systems design and engineering, including architecting scalable, reliable, and efficient systems that meet the demands of large-scale operations.
11. Strong business acumen to align technology solutions with business strategies.
12. Ensure client solutions adhere to necessary industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
13. Analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and provide strategic insights.
14. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
