Diversification continues to bring new products to Waterford and the expanded site portfolio continues to create new opportunities.Key responsibilitiesCreate and maintain project documents under guidance from project leadsReview and update existing project documents as necessaryGather and analyze data related to ongoing projectsBecome familiar with digital information tools used on site and provide support to operational areas in the use of these toolsWork with project managers and stakeholders to gather and organize information needed for ongoing projectsEnsure that all project documents are accurate, complete, and meet project requirementsAssist project managers with other project related tasks as neededSupport any safety initiatives relating to the department or siteAbout YouTo excel in this role, you will need to have:Currently studying for a degree in Engineering, Science or other technology related courseStrong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and comfortable processing data.
