Job Description: Store Manager Galway Store
The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Galway store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This role reports directly to the District Manager, who works together to drive revenue and manage costs while maintaining high-quality pet care and exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence - Maintain adherence to store processes and guidelines within Corporate Centre Standards, utilizing operational analytics to optimize efficiency and inform decision-making.
2. Operational Analytics - Exceed company KPIs, manage cash and stock, and optimize personnel and sales performance.
3. Leadership - Foster a culture of trust and respect, empowering team growth and success through supportive leadership, training, and engagement.
4. Merchandise and Inventory - Curate an engaging shopping experience with impeccable availability, planogram implementation, and accurate inventory management.
5. Customer Engagement - Drive exemplary service, ensuring the entire team upholds the standard.
6. Brand Integrity - Ensure animal welfare at all times, prioritizing the animal's well-being.
Requirements:
