Overview of Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Assistant to provide essential support to a busy head office. This varied role will see you working closely with our Finance and Operations team, assisting with daily Accounts and Administrative tasks and general business support on a full-time permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing of purchase invoices from email for approval and posting to Sage for various companies, dealing with supplier queries.
2. Bank and creditor reconciliation.
3. Raising of sales invoices and dealing with customer accounts.
4. Support with weekly & monthly finance and KPI reports.
5. Working in variance currencies and dealing with suppliers world-wide.
6. Organising travel arrangements, arranging visas and updating diaries when needed.
7. Organise procurement of office and cleaning supplies and services.
8. Liaising with outside service providers including IT and building maintenance.
9. General business administrative support including CRM tasks, onboarding new staff, contractors, and clients.
10. Support the successful implementation of ISO across the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Minimum 3 years of senior accounts experience, supporting a small team in a fast-paced SME environment.
2. IATI qualified or Business Degree/Diploma with finance.
3. Proficient in Sage, CRM applications, and MS Office suite, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Dynamic, highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
5. Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across the organisation.
