AXA MPS Financial is an Irish Life Insurance Company, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and operating on the Italian market under the free provision of services, through a capillary network of banks. For the Dublin Head Office, we are looking for a Distribution Specialist.
In the Investments & Distribution Department, the candidate will report to the Distribution Manager.
The candidate will be accountable to:
* Support on the field and remotely Captive Bank’s distribution channel by:
-Promote AMF products through physical meetings, conference calls, and the organization of events.
-Develop dedicated training sessions for Unit Linked.
-Cooperate in delivering specific commercial documentation (mainly PowerPoint).
-Manage the Distributor Digital Platform and keep up to date commercial contents.
-Support the network on a daily basis (specials, info request management).
-Cooperate in managing commercial newsletters and weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment reporting for the network.
-Extract and elaborate sales data through the Business Intelligence platform (DWH, Datavision).
* Support AMF Distribution Manager in coordinating the implementation of the yearly Distribution Plan.
* Support the Investments and Distribution team in projects as required.
* Collaborate and support other AMF and AXA teams as required by business needs.
Main activities and responsibilities:
* Develop commercial support material and recurrent commercial material:
-Identify relevant targets, support the team in drafting marketing and commercial support material and appropriate training and post-sales materials.
-Refine recurrent commercial reports about product/fund performances.
-Manage and update contents on the Distributor Digital Platform.
* Understand and possibly support the development of the Unit Linked offer.
-Identify needs and manage training activities for the network.
-Contribute to identify and implement sales activation initiatives to develop the business.
-Understand areas of improvement in order to offer a unique set of investment solutions and excellent services to customers.
-Manage info requests coming from the network and from the contact centre.
-Represent past/current and forecasted results.
-Represent expected results and differences vs budget.
-Business results analysis and recurrent monitoring activities.
* 2+ years experience in Marketing and/or Distribution/Sales offices:
-Life insurance business (Ramo III business related is a preferred option).
* Fluent in Italian and English (both written & oral communication).
* Strong technical skills particularly in Financial markets and financial instruments.
* Good presentation and communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel.
* Ability to work and build relationships with multiple stakeholders and functions.
* Pragmatic and results-oriented.
* Analytical skills combined with strategic thinking.
* Organisational and project management skills.
Candidate should be available to travel between Ireland and Italy as requested by business needs.
