Our client, a leading Wealth Management firm, is currently looking to hire a Client Services Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will have great communication skills and attention to detail.
Role Duties Include:
1. The provision of general administrative support to a team of Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Private Client Advisers.
2. Acting as the first point of contact to clients; dealing promptly and efficiently with clients' queries.
3. Updating and monitoring the CRM system on an ongoing basis; preparing documentation to comply with legislative requirements in data management for our client.
4. Management of follow-up activities from client meetings; completion of minutes of meetings and monitoring completion of tasks.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative position.
2. Degree or Master's level in a Business/Finance related area.
3. A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Excellent organisational skills.
