MCS Group is proud to be working once again with one of their clients in the utilities sector as they seek to appoint a HRIS Analyst to their growing team.
The successful candidate will be working on a variety of upgrades to their HR Information Systems.
(Hybrid - Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Dublin)
The Role
* Actively investigate, evaluate, design, and configure new features and functionalities within the existing HR systems.
* Initial focus will be working closely with HR on Learning and Development system project.
* Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including HR, Training, Recruitment, Technology Finance, and external consultants, to deliver solutions and support for system enhancements, integrations, issue resolution, and new functionality.
* Develop functional documentation and establish database standards, guidelines, and best practices.
* Facilitate training sessions and manage group-wide training plans as needed.
The Person
* 3+ years experience in HRIS Analysis.
* Commercial experience with at least 1 major HR system e.g. SAP, Workday, PeopleHR, Sage.
* Full right to work in Ireland (No sponsorship available for this position).
* EU Driving Licence and vehicle required to fulfil the role.
* Ideally the candidate will be located close to offices in Cork, Dublin, Limerick or Kerry which will make collaboration with senior leaders easier, but other locations are available for the right candidate.
