We would like to invite applications for the role of HR Admin Co-Ordinator at our site in Waterford (12 Month FTC).
The HR Admin Co-Ordinator role will be a 12 month full time position, working as a key part of the HR team supporting the Waterford site. The job focuses primarily on providing admin HR support to the HR Function for the c700 people Manufacturing and R&D site, and working on various projects to promote the site. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to take that next developmental step in their early HR career and gain invaluable experience within the pharma industry.
A Day in the Life of our HR Admin Co-ordinator
Administer Employee benefit schemes e.g. Health Insurance, Pension, Share Purchase Scheme, Choices, Service Awards.
Assist HR team in recruitment and on-boarding activities, including reference checking and site Induction.
Lead co-ordination of site wide Student programmes - internships, summer work and TY programmes and support business leaders in hosting regular student networking events.
Participate in HR Policy updates in line with legislative requirements and updating of employee handbook / Intranet.
Support reporting of training records and costs for the site, for all training grant submissions.
Prepare and update site communications on various internal platforms including MyTeva (Company Intranet), tier boards, and monthly site wide business updates.
Support the scheduling and organising of employee engagement events with HR team, including Family Day and global initiatives.
Maintain regular HR data reporting, and monthly dashboards.
Execute updates to Site Learning Management System (SAP LMS).
Provide administration support to HR team for HR projects as required.
Filing, scanning and general admin activities, along with some HR information system administration – Employee Central and PeopleDoc
Respond to ad hoc employee and manager queries as needed.
Who we are looking for
Are you….
Business degree qualified with a Marketing or HR major?
Ideally 1-2 years experience in working in a HR / busy office environment?
Do you have….
Excellent administration and organisational skills?
An aptitude for working on multiple IT platforms including MS Office, MS Teams, MS 365, Glorya
Strong proficiency in Excel?
Previous experience in managing confidential information in line with GDPR requirements?
A key advantage of previous experience working with a SAP based Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) and/or a document control system (Glorya/Trackwise)?
Excellent communication skills and business acumen?
Excellent attention to detail?
Strong interpersonal skills?
