Overview:
This role reports to the Director, Marketing OC with a dotted reporting line to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and sits within a wider pan-EMEA Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist plans and develops the content marketing strategy for our ecommerce sites and executes our digital marketing campaigns, with a ‘think global, act local’ mindset. You’re a strong analytical thinker and you’ll possess a strong sense of responsibility, clarity of thinking and follow through. Responsible for the execution of the ecommerce digital marketing strategy, you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, and with the territory-specific Platform Managers, to plan localized content themes for cultural nuances, pop cultural trends, multiple owned channel platforms pan-EMEA. A skilled and detail-orientated wordsmith, you’ll be responsible for emails, blogs, websites and social media, and copywriting as required. You’ll also work cross-functionally with the wider team including Product Marketing Managers, Product & Technology and DTC teams. BHN is growing rapidly and DTC is an important growth pillar as we expand and grow our brand presence across Europe. Crucial to the success of this role will be to understand the specific market needs pan-EMEA, and a forward-thinking mindset to easily localise plans to meet these. You’ll be joining a dynamic and creative pan-EMEA marketing team who enjoy cross-collaboration and deploying fun, exciting campaigns, and marketing activities. You must be passionate about all things digital marketing, have a thirst for knowledge, and expertise in driving positive brand awareness and affinity in the market. You must be comfortable working cross-functionally within this important region, contributing towards increasing followers and subscribers, and in turn, incremental sales, and incremental redemptionsThis role requires occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
Execute a pan-EMEA digital and content marketing plan for ecommerce including the creation of social media, emails, blogs and promotions, collaborating closely with Platform Managers.Create and develop an annual, centralized ecommerce digital and content marketing calendar with a ‘think global, act local’ approach for BAU and key gifting occasions. Participate in regular meetings with the DTC team on content ideation, localisations and pan-EMEA themes.Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on email and blog engagement strategies, adopting an A/B testing mindset; writing, distributing, and reporting on monthly consumer and campaign emails. Develop, write and execute commercial-focused blogs and landing pages for with SEO is front of mind. Drive ongoing refresh of older content for SEO-compliance. Lead on regular website audits for copy and visual assets creation for both ecommerce and OC sites. Plan, develop and create a range of BAU and key gifting occasions campaign content including the production of videos, gifs, statics, infographics, product stills, animations, memes, location videography and photoshoots, voxpops, and more, from brief to execution, to suit the different stylized outputs required for ecommerce websites, as required. Act as brand guardian for ecommerce and OC websites ensuring excellent attention to detail on communications, and visual consistency, tone of voice, and brand personality is executed across all content marketing outputs. Ensure regulatory compliance is adhered to and recorded on electronic money products, where applicable in market. Support Senior Digital Marketing Manager on tracking and managing marketing budgets including the campaign investments, post-boosting, allocation of purchase orders, and reporting. Report on marketing performance, evaluation and refine activity using learnings and evaluate return on marketing investment. Deliver marketing updates and reports for the EMEA region as required
Qualifications:
Experience with proven track record in a similar digital role in the consumer space is prefferable Excellent verbal and written skillsProven ability to write engaging copy and create compelling, contemporary content across all platforms.Must have excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines.Resourceful and curious – if you don’t know the answer, you’ll find it or craft it yourself and share.Ability to build effective relationships across several stakeholders pan-EMEA.Ability to work to multiple projects and campaign deadlines and adapt to changing situations.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original marketing opportunities.Experience with eCommerce is desirable but not essential.Additional fluency in other European languages is highly desirable.
