We are looking for a GRC Senior Officer - IT Risk to join our growing Operational Resilience Team. As a key member of the team, supporting the Groups Risk function, you will work closely with colleagues at all levels, across various departments and throughout the firm to ensure Alter Domus’ resilience through an effective control environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the development and maintenance of a robust, lean, and effective IT Risk Management Framework.
* Oversight of controls relating to Technology to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
* Work collaboratively to ensure IT policies, standards, and configurations are maintained, communicated, and compliant.
* Coordinating and supporting delivery of Management Information packs for the Board and the Risk Committee reporting.
* Any other projects/tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in information systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
* Work experience (3-5 years) in IT Risk Management.
* Familiarity with Information Security and Technology risks in a regulated environment.
* Exposure to IT processes and controls and Change Management.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
* Good written and verbal communication (English).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Willingness to learn and develop Project Management skills.
* Ability to navigate through complex and ambiguous situations.
* Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic.
* Eagerness to collaborate with team members.
