POS-27048 Sales Director, Small Business, Southern Europe As a Sales Director aligned to the Southern Europe Small Business team, you will be responsible for building, leading and scaling a talented team of sales managers and sales professionals across Southern Europe, while instilling the positive and unique values of our culture.
In this role you'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations and customer success to drive this important part of HubSpot's EMEA business.
This role will be to refine and improve current sales objectives and help design new go-to-market strategies by leveraging metrics and analysing trends in the business.
In your role as Sales Director, you'll get to: Lead a remarkable sales team, focused on solving customer challenges to deliver significant value to small businesses within Southern European markets.
Directly manage and develop first line Managers enabling them to effectively coach and grow Account Executives on their teams.
Attract and develop top talent who bring a unique perspective to HubSpot, through best in class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies in tandem with our HubSpot recruitment, learning and development team.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding on those relationships within the first year by delivering a delightful experience at all times.
Refine the acquisition playbook for lead generation, pipeline management, closing and forecasting to drive best-in-class conversion against demand.
Build on our co-selling approach with partners so that we optimise customer value.
Work closely and collaborate cross functionally with marketing, sales operations, customer success, product and cross regionally (EMEA, Americas, JAPAC) to share and learn best practices.
Help design and rollout our Go To Market strategy by combining your experienced perspective with our data-led decision making approach We are looking for people who: Have led sales teams in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-based environment.
Have proven experience leading leaders.
You will have proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills including a mix of first and second line management experience and a consistent track record of hiring, developing, and mentoring successful teams.
Have a deep understanding of customer values, needs, and goals to design processes solving for customers first.
Have experience selling to the B2B SMB segment.
Have the innate need to continually surprise and delight our customers through innovative product offerings, and best in class consultative sales methodologies.
Have experience creating an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment.
Have professional fluency in English.
This role would require you to be in person in the Dublin office a minimum of two days per week.
