About the Role:
We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic legal department, providing key administrative and compliance support in a fast-paced aviation industry.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain electronic legal document databases, ensuring accurate sorting, scanning, indexing, and filing of transaction files and legal documentation.
* Oversee contracts administration, including the creation and updating of transaction files.
* Coordinate the distribution of transaction documentation to joint venture partners, customers, sales representatives, external legal counsel, and internal teams.
* Maintain general legal files, company records, group spreadsheets, and databases.
* Handle various administrative duties, such as file setup (electronic and hard copy), courier coordination, and archiving.
* Support the compliance team with:
o KYC due diligence, watchlist screenings, and trade route assessments.
o Compliance reporting and the management of policies and procedures.
o Monitoring regulatory changes, assisting with staff compliance training, and supporting general compliance activities.
Requirements:
* A qualification in Business, Compliance, or Law.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with CRM and cloud-based systems is an advantage.
* Strong time management skills and experience handling file management.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to structure and manage documents efficiently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* High attention to detail and strong risk awareness.
