Job Title: HR Generalist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Longford, based at our Edgeworthstown site.
About the Role
This is a dynamic role that requires no two days to be the same. Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the leadership team, the successful candidate will be involved in HR policies, recruitment, employee engagement and much more.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the People Management Process, including recruitment, onboarding, new starters, leavers, and contract administration.
* Evaluate data accuracy and manage the HR Information System and databases.
* Work closely with the HR Manager in performance management and talent management.
* Draft and post job adverts, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assist in recruitment and selection processes.
* Process administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection.
* Monitor short-term and long-term absences, taking appropriate action to manage improvement.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Embed core values and promote growth culture.
* Lead and design wellbeing calendar, support events, and drive focus on wellbeing and welfare in the business.
Requirements
* HR Degree or CIPD qualification.
* Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
* IT Proficient.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
