Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a Regional Manager to drive sales growth across Continental Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Benelux) in the Biopharmaceutical sector. The role involves selling upstream and downstream process solutions, including bioreactors, fermenters, mixing systems, and downstream equipment. This position will focus on building relationships with biologic producers, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
2. Drive sales of total solutions in the Biopharmaceutical sector.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with biologic producers (e.g., vaccines, cell and gene therapy).
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
5. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on account strategies.
7. Provide regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of successful consultative sales experience, particularly in biopharma, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
3. Proven ability to influence decision-makers at all levels within an organization.
4. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
5. Fluent in English and at least one major European language.
6. Ability to travel 60% to 80%.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
