About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Pension Professional to join our team as a Governance Consultant and Scheme Secretary to large Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes in Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive the continued success of the schemes, ensuring trustee work is delivered efficiently and effectively.
* Collaborate with experienced trustee boards, building strong, trusted relationships.
* Take ownership of key actions, working with service providers and advisers to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
* Lead projects that help maintain the schemes governance standards.
Key Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of pension governance, regulatory frameworks, and DB/DC schemes.
* Natural leader who excels at building and nurturing relationships.
* Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to drive projects forward, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.
* Clear, concise, and persuasive writing and communication abilities.
