Job Title: Data Governance Specialist
Foster a culture of data governance within the site, ensuring compliance with policies, designing training, and monitoring practices.
This pivotal role promotes data stewardship, enhances quality, and embeds principles in the site culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Global DG team to design and deliver continuous training in line with evolving requirements.
* Design comprehensive training programs on DG, regulations, and best practices for bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Conduct training needs assessments and work with department leadership to align training with operational needs.
* Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff at various levels.
* Assess industry trends and regulatory updates to adjust training strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Built awareness of the need for a mature DG culture among employees.
* Act as DG advocates with Data Stewards to promote cultural changes.
* Gather agreed site DG KPIs and report findings to DG Business Partners.
* Establish ongoing monitoring and auditing processes to sustain DG cultural improvements.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and managing training programs.
* Strong facilitation, communication, and organisational skills.
* Experience with training management systems and e-learning tools.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations (e.g. GDPR).
Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 5+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical/FDA regulated work areas.
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
