Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth and revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
* Prepare and present comprehensive spend forecasts and trends, highlighting opportunities for cost savings.
* Coordinate and lead site-specific action plans, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Support the new business acquisition process, leveraging expertise to identify and pursue new revenue streams.
* Ensure seamless contract delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators.
* Lead and develop onsite teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of managerial experience in a similar role.
* Commercial, numerate, and financially literate, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
* Structured and organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* Full Clean Driver's Licence.
