Job Summary:
Access are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join a growing Geo team in Ireland. The role involves conducting geotechnical investigations, analyzing soil and rock properties, and providing expert recommendations for construction and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform geotechnical site investigations and soil sampling.
* Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater data.
* Prepare geotechnical reports and recommendations.
* Design foundations, retaining structures, and earthworks.
* Conduct slope stability and settlement analysis.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Conduct fieldwork and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional experience in geotechnical engineering.
* Proficiency in geotechnical software and analysis tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
