Foreman Leading Main Contractor (Cork) Our client, a highly respected main contractor with a proven track record of delivering exceptional residential projects across Ireland, is seeking a Foreman for a long-term role in Cork.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site operations on a major residential development, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality standards and within project timelines.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow across all trades.
Monitor site health and safety, ensuring full compliance with regulations and company policies at all times.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources and materials, keeping the residential project on track and within budget.
Maintain clear communication with site management and senior engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
Contribute to site reporting, including progress updates, issues, and project documentation.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Foreman with at least 5 years in the construction industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and health and safety regulations, especially in residential projects.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Relevant construction qualification or trade background is an advantage.
