Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present a high volume of meals to a consistently high standard.
* Food Preparation & Service to a high standard
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
* Ensure all food preparation is completed in accordance with food safety regulations and company standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, following HACCP and health & safety guidelines.
* Contribute to a positive kitchen environment by working collaboratively with the team.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume catering environment.
* Strong preparation, organizational, and batch cooking skills.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a large-scale catering operation.
