Details
Duties will include:
1. Ensuring the delivery of a high standard of customer care and service is provided at all times in every area of the business in the Icon Spa.
2. Ensuring new staff have had the adequate training to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
3. Ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa area, treatment rooms, and implements that are required to perform treatments meet health and safety levels.
4. Stock control including the ordering of retail and salon products should be carried out on a regular basis.
5. Developing promotional opportunities to maximize the business potential.
6. Rostering adequate levels of staff in conjunction with the manager.
7. Liaising with the manager weekly regarding any issues or incidents that may occur in the Spa.
8. Ensuring all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay from all departmental personnel.
9. Assisting in empowering, encouraging, and promoting employees to make on-the-spot guest satisfaction decisions.
10. Assisting in ensuring that all staff are trained and fully aware of 100% guest satisfaction and to implement agreed practices at all times.
11. Ensuring all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
12. Assisting in ensuring all guest profiles are updated and maintained.
13. Promoting the Icon Spa, Life and Time where possible.
14. Assisting in achieving complex and departmental goals related to mystery audits, customer comment cards, and to assist guests at all times.
15. Reporting on all guest feedback to a Manager.
16. Carrying out Customer Relations Policy.
17. Communicating our services and facilities to guests as required.
18. Dealing with any customer complaints in a professional manner and notifying management of these.
19. Ensuring that the guests' needs and requirements are met.
20. Anticipating guests' needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and, in turn, enhance guest satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:
1. Previous experience.
2. Hold an ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO qualification and be qualified in both face and body treatments.
3. Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
4. Take pride in their appearance and keep up to date with the spa industry.
5. Be enthusiastic, confident, and passionate about the beauty industry.
6. Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest possible standard.
