ProSource are seeking a Health & Safety Officer on behalf of one of Ireland’s leading Main Contractors. This role is for a Landmark Mixed-Use Development in Dublin.
Experience in the Irish/UK Construction Industry with a Building/M&E Contractor is essential.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;
1. Carry out weekly site inspections and document findings for the Health & Safety Manager and site based management.
2. Advise site management on Health & Safety Legislation, Regulations and Directives which impose duties on Company Safety Policy.
3. Carry out site inductions of employees and subcontractor employees coming to site.
4. Carry out regular tool box talks and site based safety meetings.
5. Investigate and report all accidents to the Health & Safety Manager with advice on remedial action.
6. Develop site specific method Statements and Safe System of work plans.
7. Ensure the Welfare Arrangements are maintained and in good order.
8. Complete and update all documentation as required for the project for which you are working on.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
1. 3rd level qualifications in health & safety or a relevant Qualification
2. 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
3. Possess a sound understanding of health and safety legislation
4. Full Irish License and Vehicle
