The largest community early years provider in Dublin is looking to recruit a confident, capable financial administrator with strong communication skills. This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position with flexible working options. It is the perfect position for someone looking to further develop their career while working with a wonderful mix of children and families.
Applicants must:
1. Have a minimum qualification in bookkeeping or accountancy and 2 years work experience;
2. Have a strong knowledge of working with an accounting package (the Centre uses AccountsIQ);
3. Be competent in working with budgets, managing accounts, preparing invoices, preparing monthly finance reports, providing information for auditors etc;
4. Have strong communication and listening skills;
5. Be reliable, child-centred, positive and enthusiastic with a strong desire to be part of a vibrant early years team and to continue to further develop both themselves and the centre.
