Our combined retail turnover is more than €500 million with over 15% market share of building materials in Ireland.
In 2024 we expanded into Northern Ireland and today we operate across 32 counties on the Island of Ireland.
We have a 10-acre purpose build distribution centre in Citywest business Park where we import and distribute over €50 million in product annually.
We have recently restructured and merged two buying groups to form one single co-operative and are poised to invest in our business in brand, digital, technology to fuel our growth strategy.
We are seeking to recruit a high calibre Regional Mangerwithin the Sales and Operations team.
The position will report directly to the Head of Sales and Operations.

Position Regional Manager Location Field Based / Magna House Citywest Reporting to Head of Sales and Operations Department Sales & Operations Principal Objective of Position: As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and overall member performance of multiple branches within a designated region.
Your primary goal is to drive the success and growth of the company by ensuring consistency in operations, meeting financial targets, and fostering a positive and productive working environment.
You will act as the primary customer relationship between United Hardware and its members, working collaboratively with internal functions to enhance understanding and feedback.
Your focus will be on improving profitability, maintaining brand standards, and driving best practices across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to a diverse, high-performing team of members.
Identify market trends and opportunities, adapting strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Members, Suppliers, and Stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and enhance member satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to expand our presence and influence.
Market Expansion: Assess and attract potential new members.
Develop and implement plans to expand market share within the region.
Evaluate potential partnerships and alliances to strengthen our position in the Builders Merchants and related sectors.
