Overview:
Our client seeks an experienced and highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
* Utilize your expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to manage and optimize requests, incidents, problems, changes, and knowledge processes.
* Implement and configure Flow Designer to automate processes and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of solutions.
* Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience gathering requirements and creating solutions that meet business needs.
* Strong background in ITSM, with extensive experience in request, incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
* Experience with Flow Designer.
* Prior experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
