About The Opportunity
Based within the sales team, you will be responsible for helping to drive your creative thoughts and ideas through print and digital media. We are looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer to join our team of creatives in our Cork office. You will be part of a busy and growing national business, delivering strong visual communication to our internal business sectors, whilst exploring new market opportunities externally. Although this role is predominately based in Cork, you will be required to work in other offices in Ireland and the UK when needs arise.
Responsibilities
1. Delivering engaging visual communication to our target audience.
2. Embracing the team’s strategy by supporting our vision for design excellence.
3. Communicating your ideas clearly and with confidence through the design team and wider sales department.
4. Converting complex briefs into engaging visual communication.
5. Liaising directly with clients and senior team members.
6. Adding value to existing visual communication by offering innovative design solutions that provide us with a competitive edge in the marketplace.
7. Sharing knowledge and new ideas with the wider creative team.
8. Embracing our global creative network.

Here's what you'll need
1. In-depth proven design related experience.
2. Fully conversant in Adobe CC core software.
3. Highly organised and passionate about data, design and digital.
4. Strong eye for detail and ability to contribute creative ideas.
5. Able to work under tight deadlines and to prioritise design focus accordingly.
