Area Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fulfill the role of Area Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

* To provide leadership, knowledge, and support to our Service Managers in their roles.
* To evaluate and ensure a high standard of operation and regulatory compliance across our centers.
* Performance evaluation and goal setting for Service Managers.
* To work with Senior Management to develop a training program and oversee training of new staff.
* Co-ordinate the implementation of any new company policies and initiatives with individual services.
* To assist in developing our curriculum in line with Aistear and Siolta.
* To effectively market and promote the group.
* To develop ongoing positive relationships with our clients and staff.

Person Specifications:

* Minimum FETAC Level 6 in Childcare.
* Minimum 2 years' work experience in a management role.
* Ability to lead.
* Good Communication and Relationship Skills with staff and parents.
* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation.
