Sisters IN, a charity partner of MCS Group, is seeking a full-time permanent Educational Programme Manager. The organisation has experienced significant growth and engages with over 50 schools and 700 participants across Northern Ireland.
The role is crucial in delivering Sisters IN's vision to expand its reach and make the educational programme accessible for all post-sixteen female pupils. The Educational Programme Manager will be responsible for working with schools, mentors, and corporate partners to enhance the programme's quality and strengthen school relationships.
Main duties include:
* Delivering leadership and educational modules to school-aged girls (16-18 years) in secondary schools and community settings across Northern Ireland.
* Developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating lesson plans and activities that align with Sisters IN's mission to empower young women and encourage positive leadership qualities.
* Assisting in creating innovative resources, programmes, and materials for Lead Teachers to support the strategic objectives of Sisters IN's educational aims.
* Collaborating with schools to deliver tailored experiences, including mentorship schemes and leadership development opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and delivering curricula or programmes and a passion for working with young people. Essential criteria include previous experience working within a Learning and Development environment, at least 2 years' experience in training programme design and delivery, and a full driver's license with access to a car for business use.
