Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
* 1+ years experience in healthcare operations management
* 1+ years experience in ABA therapy setting
* Demonstrated leadership and training experience
* Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and HIPAA regulations
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office Suite
Additional Requirements:
* May require occasional evening or weekend availability
* Some travel between Intercare centers may be required
Physical Requirements:
* Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
* Extended periods of computer work
* Standing and walking for extended periods

Job Description
The Lead Center Operations Specialist serves as the essential operational support for Intercare Therapy's ABA center, responsible for both day-to-day center management and fostering the professional development of other Center Operations Specialists. This role combines operational excellence with mentorship to ensure the highest quality of service delivery and team performance at Intercare Therapy.
Reports to: Sr. VP Behavioral Health Operations
Essential Job Functions:
Center Management
* Supervise the daily operations of Intercare Therapy's ABA center, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Manage scheduling systems for therapy sessions, staff meetings, and facility utilization
* Maintain and optimize resources, supplies, and equipment within the center
* Ensure the facilities meet all safety and cleanliness standards
* Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels
* Collaborate with Intercare's clinical teams to facilitate optimal service delivery
* Manage center budget and expenses
* Handle parent communications with caregivers and conduct facility tours
Leadership & Training
* Lead the interviewing, onboarding, and training process for new Center Operations Specialists
* Develop and implement training programs for operational staff
* Provide ongoing mentorship and professional development support
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions
* Create and maintain operational guidelines and best practices
* Lead regular team meetings and training sessions
Quality Assurance
* Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for center operations, including center capacity metrics
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Intercare policies
* Conduct regular audits of operational procedures
* Initiate and monitor quality improvement initiatives
* Track and analyze operational metrics
* Generate and present performance reports
Administrative Duties
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation
* Coordinate with Intercare's corporate office on administrative matters
* Manage vendor relationships and contractual agreements
