What you'll do:
* Oversee process implementation for trade operations ensuring global consistency
* Act as subject matter and technical expert, identifying and resolving complex operational issues
* Lead internal control framework improvements and formulate strategic recommendations
* Support portfolio managers to ensure operational objectives are met
* Serve as an escalation contact, creating, building, and maintaining relationships with portfolio traders and managers
* Proactively identify and mitigate external events and regulatory changes that impact the team
* Drive process improvements, identify opportunities to improve accuracy of forecast reports
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to support global operations
What you bring:
* Minimum of five years related work experience
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
* Accounting or Finance degree preferred
* CFA or other financial designation preferred
* Strong industry knowledge to support relationship management
* Ability to anticipate portfolio events and lead process enhancement initiatives
