Role: Dietician

Salary: €23 - €24 per hour
TTM Healthcare are currently looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Dietician for our clients on a Full Time Permanent basis, for the opening of their new state-of-the-art sub-acute facility located on Parnell Road in Dublin 12. Our clients have been leading operators of Nursing Homes throughout Ireland for the last two decades, who are dedicated to providing quality care through innovation and continuous growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Act as a therapeutic dietitian to our residents in the areas of assignment, develop, implement, and monitor nutrition care plans.
2. Work effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team to achieve nutritional goals.
3. Communicate effectively with residents, carers, nursing staff and other health professionals to deliver quality care to residents.
4. Maintain appropriate records, documentation, and regular activity reports in area of assignment.
5. Actively participate in student training and staff education and development programs.
6. Participate and cooperate with legislative and regulatory requirements in relation to Health and Safety as outlined in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Homes Safety Statement.
7. Keep the necessary up to date administrative records and statistics appropriate to office.
Requirements:
1. Be registered as a Dietitian by the Dietitians Registration Board at CORU.
2. Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Dietitians Register maintained by the Dietitians Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.
3. Maintain annual registration on the Dietitians Register maintained by the Dietitians Registration Board at CORU.
4. Confirm annual registration with CORU to the Human Resources Department of Parnell Road, by way of the annual Patient Safety Assurance Certificate (PSAC).
