HR Administrator/Officer

The Job:
The successful candidate will be a key part of the HR team, reporting directly to the HR Manager and covering a wide range of HR duties and projects across the site. These include employee engagement and query resolution, compensation and benefits administration, managing internal and external recruitment, overseeing training and development programs, delivering HR change projects, and supporting leadership and operations teams with their HR needs.
Your Skills/Experience:
* Third-level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
* Strong IT, data analysis, and HR reporting skills.
The Offer:
This is a permanent role with salary dependent on candidate skills and experience, expected to range from €40k to €50k for a more experienced candidate. There is strong further growth and development potential with an expectation of promotion to a HR Generalist role in the future.
Work Arrangements:
This role will be fully office-based initially but may involve one day of remote work once fully onboarded.
